Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
Identify your body's resting caloric requirement with a simple 15 minute breathing test. This test is done first thing in the morning prior to eating or exercise. During the test the air you breathe out is analyzed to determine exactly how much oxygen your body consumed, which estimates your calories burned. Results identify resting caloric requirement, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and provide recommendations for weight loss/gain based on your goals.

VO2 Max/ VO2 peak
The only accurate method to determine ones VO2 Max is by breath by breath testing.
The VO2 Master allows testing to be done in a fitness facility or in the field. Total testing time is 40-60 minutes. Immediate results provide essential training zone metrics VO2, HR ranges in 5 training zones, VT1, VT2, plus caloric expenditure in each of the 5 training zones.
If you're not ready for a maximal effort, then a VO2 peak test will take you to 7-8/10 RPE instead of 10/10 while still identifying your zones.
